Glass Bottle Crusher – CS3000

The MOBILE CS3000 Glass Bottle Crusher is designed to reduce the storage problems of glass bottles for restaurants, hotels, ski resorts, and other hospitality facilities. All while providing the mobility that allows you to take the crusher to the source of your glass bottles.

The glass bottles are fed into the bottle chute which has an opening on the side, gravity then moves the bottle to the crushers teeth which smash the glass into small recyclable fragments. The fragments are collected in the bin which is then emptied once it is filled. You can then choose to place the fragments into your trash or have them picked up by a regional glass recycler.

Crusher Operation

1. Move the crusher to the location where you want to crush bottles.
2. Power on the crusher with the power button.
3. Begin feeding in beer bottles, wine bottles, liquor bottles into the chute.
4. Once the bin is filled with crushed glass, place the crusher to the side, remove the bin, empty it, and replace it for a new cycle of crushing.
